power outages on Sunday. While talking to newsmen, the residents
said that the process of 12 to 16 hours unannounced load
shedding was continuing in the region, whereas the concerned
authorities have not taken any step to facilitate masses.
Unabated load-shedding has not only caused water shortages
but also affected business and social activities in the
area. It has also sparked several protests but the HESCO
officials still seem to be least concerned with the issue.

they threatened to enlarge their protest level.
