BADIN: The rice mill owners of Badin threatened to close
their mills till unknown period, if the problem of load
shedding problem will not be solved by 1st November. This
was decided in the meeting of the rice mill owners belonging
to Tando Bago, Matli, Golarchi, Talhar, Kariyo Ghanwar,
Khorwah and other areas, which was presided by the Vice
President of Sindh Balochistan Rice Mills Associations,
Haji Muhammad Nawaz Memon on Friday.
Addressing the meeting the participants of the meeting said
that they are facing great financial loss due to 16 to 18
hours prolonged power outages.
On the occasion they strongly condemned the 10 percent withholding
tax in the electronic bills and demanded of the concerned
authorities to take the immediate notice of the matter,
otherwise, they threatened to enlarge their protest level.
Man demands justice
A teacher of High School Badin, Mir Muhammad Parihyar while
talking to the media men at the Badin Press Club demand
justice on Friday.
Talking to the media men, he said that two years ago he
has purchased a house at Rs.3, 25, 000 from a teacher, Ali
Muhammad Junejo but now he is pressurizing him to vacate
the house.
He further said that he has all the documents of the house.
On the occasion, he demanded of the concerned authorities
for provision of justice.
