  CIA Police recover narcotics, arrest two drug-peddlers

MIRPURKHAS: CIA Police conducted a raid at a drug den near Mirpurkhas Railway Station on Thursday and recovered six and half kilograms of hashish and two and half kilograms of opium, whereas, police also arrested two drug peddlers including, Anwar Ali and Abdul Ghafar Arain.
Till filing of this news file no case was lodged.
Two persons
sustain injuries in car-bike collision
Two persons sustained critical injuries in a bike-car collision at Rind Road near New Sabzi Mandi on Thursday.
According to the details, a speeding bike collided head-on with a car at Rind Road New Sabzi Mandi. And as a result, Haji Ali Khan age of 70 and Habibullah age of 60 sustained critical injuries. The injured were rushed to the Civil Hospital Mirpurkhas and after being given first aid they were shifted to Hyderabad Civil Hospital due to their critical condition.

out protest rally against media trial of Asif Ali Zardari
The activists of Pakistan Peoples Party (Youth Wing) took out a protest rally against the alleged media trial of PPP Co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari on Thursday.
The protest rally marched through the various roads of the city and culminated at the Mirpurkhas Press Club.
Addressing on the occasion, the leaders including, PPP District Mirpurkhas, Haji Noor Hassan Chandio, Ishaq Narejo, Ali Akbar Panhwar and others strongly condemned the media trial of Asif Ali Zardari and demanded the immediate stoppage of media trial of PPP Co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari, otherwise, they threatened to enlarge their protest level.

An angry senior activist of Pakistan Peoples Party, Nazar Muhammad Baloch started his march afoot towards the mausoleum of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto after getting angry with the party leadership on Thursday.
Talking to media men at the Mirpurkhas Press Club, Nazar Muhammad Baloch alleged that the local party leadership including, the PPP District President, Haji Noor Hassan Chandio and others are continuously ignoring him. He said that after the assassination of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, they have become orphans, whereas, local party leadership has made a group of their favorite people, that’s why he has decided to march afoot towards the mausoleum of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. He said that he will also resign from the membership of the party.
SDHR organizes training programme
Society for Development and Human Rights (SDHR) organized a training programme to stop the trend of setting robbers on fire by people. Addressing the training programme, the General Secretary of SDHR, Akhtar Baloch strongly condemned the setting on fire to robbers and said that it does not represent the good image of Muslims in the world. Addressing on the occasion, the chief gust, Raees Ahmed Khan said that these types of incidents show the lack of law and order situation. He further said that people are feeling insecure and they are not trusting of the police, that’s why they are setting the robbers on fire but that type of trend is very dangerous for society.
