  Shazia Marri visits Bhutto family graveyard

LARKANA: Sindh Minister for Information Ms. Shazia Marri visited the graves of the martyrs of Bhutto family in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh, some 32 kilimetres from here on Monday evening. She visited the grave of Shaheed PPP Chairperson Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. She laid a floral wreath at the grave and also offered Fateha for the “Isal-i- Sawab”. Sindh Minister for Information who was accompanied by Director- General Information Sindh Syed Safdar Ali Shah, Zulfikar Shaikh, Director Information Larkana Region Gul Hassan Arbani, officials of Information Department Larkana, leaders and workers of PPP and others sat there for sometime. Ms. Shazia Marri also laid floral wreath at the grave of founder- chairman of PPP Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and offered Fateha. She also visited the grave of late Shireen Amir Begum, the first wife of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and laid floral wreaths at the grave.
Khaksar Tehreek protests
The Nazim-e-Ala Khaksar Tehreek Sindh, Sabiha Irshad while addressing a protest rally in Larkana said that peace and prosperity is impossible in the country without independent judiciary. She further said that act of 3rd November 2007 was a black stigma on the history of Pakistan in which honorable judges were deposed and emergency in the country was imposed which put sovereignty and security of country at stake. Earlier Khaksar Tahreek took out a protest rally to observe black day and express sympathy with lawyers’ struggle. The rally marching through various routes Culminated outside the Press Club Larkana, where Khaksar Tehreek leaders including, Niaz Balouch, AQ Mujahid, Shamasuddin and others also addressed.

following footsteps of Musharraf
The activists of Sindh National Front City Larkana and Sindh National Front Lawyers took out a protest rally against removal of Chief Justice of Pakistan, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and 60 other judges during emergency imposed by dictator, Pervez Musharraf on 3rd November. The rally was led by SNF leaders including, Nazir Ahmed Bhutto, Abdul Wahab Bhutto, Hoat Khan Mirani, which started from Dahessar House and marching through various routes culminated at Jinnah Bagh Chowk, where SNF activists chanted slogans in favor of Iftikhar Muhammad Chudhary. Addressing on the occasion, SNF leaders termed 3rd November 2007 as a black day in the history of Pakistan, when pillars of state were shaken. They said that PPP Government should respect the promise of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto with judges for restoration of all deposed judges including Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. The SNF leaders alleged that PPP Government is following the policies of Pervez Musharraf. On the occasion, Hadi Bux Chandio, Izhar Abbasi, Khalil Ahmed Chandio and others were also present.
