Rawalpindi: During last 24 hours,
Security forces one soldier was injured 13 terrorists were
killed including Commander Naeem Ullah while 24 were apprehended
and recovered huge cache of arms, ammunition and equipment
from Swat and Dir.
According to ISPR Security forces conducted search and sweep
operation in areas around Charbagh, Salhand and Mingora.
Security forces conducted house to house search operation
at Kabbal and Akun Kalle and also recovered 3 rifles,75 rounds,
2 pistols,30 rounds,1 I communication set and 30 mobile phone
SIMs. Security forces conducted search operation at Zara Khella
and recovered 16 rifles, 134 rounds, 2 IEDs, 2 pistols, 10
rounds and safety fuses/detonators, ISPR said. Security forces
conducted search operation in areas around Rangeela and Dadhra.
1 soldier was injured while defusing IED. Security forces
searched areas around Khwas Kallae, Bnde Sar and Mati Barai
and searched houses at Gokdara and Tandodag areas, killed
2 terrorists and recovered 2 SMGs with 650 rounds, 1 round
of RPG-7, 1 blind round of 81 mortars and 1 IED. Security
forces carried out search operation at terrorists hide outs
at Nawakilli and Mingora and recovered 3 single cabins, 10
propaganda cassettes, 1 tape recorder, 1 radio, 200 sand bags.—Agencies |
